Hi - I have a YouTube channel called "Caterpillar to Butterfly with Sijith Salim". The channel is about how to manage change. [login to view URL] I am just starting this YouTube channel and thus I am looking for guests I can interview. The video interview is for 10-15 minutes, and I pay $10 per session The channel is about life changes (transition and transformation) and I want to have people whom I can interview through a video call about their life change story, and post them to my YouTube channel. I'd love to take part in this! So, I'm a 22 year old Palestinian who's gone through 3 wars and thankfully survived. All my life I always looked forward to becoming something other than a victim, the matter which I thought wouldn't happen, not even when hell freezes over. Back in 2010, i weighed just over 110 kilograms which off course came with a lot of health issues like severe pain in my joints specially in my back. I was obese and unhealthy. My cholesterol levels were high and my fat percentage was increasing day by day. Knowing all this, i was unable to resist food and food became a hobby without any kind of physical exercise. Then 2011 started and as everybody around me, i also made a new years resolution to reduce my body weight and mass with no enthusiasm what-so-ever. I started free hand exercise conducted by a local kick boxer with some friends and left it a month later due to exams. Right before the exams i went on shopping with the same group of friends and it was a shocker for me to see that my waist was decreased 2 inches from 44 to 42! That was the time i committed to myself that no matter what happens next in life, i wont stop cardio unless i'm comfortable in my own skin. Now, after 9 years, i weigh 68 kilograms and 32 inches waist. My age is 30 years and it took me 14 months to get reduced to what i am today.
