Looking for writers from US or Canada only

Hello Writers! We want a native writer on a project. It is for a car sticker store, they are very professional so the content needs to be up to the best mark. Grammar wise and writing wise. I will have a long discussion with the writer about the whole printing procedure so that he can have the right things to write in the article, other than that it's only charismatic writing. The pay rate is 2 cents per word. There are 23 articles, 300 words each. Per article $6 so almost around $140 for 23 articles. Would like to see samples of previous work.
