I would like to create a poem for you in the form required (Ae Freislighe) and saying what you need it to say. I write poetry and have written two successful poems for Freelancer clients. Usually my Freelancer projects involve copy editing, and so I am precise and careful with words. Can I check whether you would be happy if some of the phrases in the example are used for the poem and whether you would like it to keep to the theme of the example?

Hi, I am a British published writer with an interest in poetry of all kinds. I am sure I could write in the style of your project, but meanwhile here is an example of a poem I recently wrote for children. Please check my reviews. Dave's Magic Belt Would you like to have a magic power? One that lasts for just one hour? One like Dave my older brother Who has a belt that's like no other? For when it's noon upon his watch He moves his buckle just one notch. Then faster than you ever saw - You cannot see him any more I think that it is really cool That Dave can be in-vis-i-ble. Between the hours of twelve and one That's when he has the best of fun. He saves a goal for the weakest team And licks the top of The Head's ice-cream. He makes our spellings disappear And whistles in the teacher's ear. Big Jo thinks that something’s wrong, When the ham in her sandwich has suddenly gone. And as Miss Potts sits upon her chair He puts a whoopee cushion there. ...

Hi, It sounds complex. Is it for a university class? If so, what is the style of the poem called? I understand dunadh but that's just the end. Why this particular structure? Have you written any of it? Your example doesn't adhere to the structure you've described. I'm a university-educated native English speaker. I have lots of experience - writing, editing, teaching creative writing & doing manuscript consultations. I've written/published 3 books of poetry. I've taught poetry. I'd be more inclined to help you with something you've already written rather than start fresh (because I'm a perfectionist and it would take me forever and then I'd want to call it mine - a labour of love ... ) Here's my Snakes and Ladders poem - published in my book and I also won an award for it: Snakes and Ladders You climb Jacob’s ladder slow steady ascension I run circles ‘round you travel twice as fast cover half the distance blame cultural resistance coil my snake around your ladder shed my skin a dozen times slither ‘twixt and ‘tween your rungs spiral upward pirouette transcend in puff of smoke and you’re not even home yet. Please see the reviews and portfolio on my profile page. I can send you a list of edited projects and/or direct you to some of my work online if you like. Anyway, be interested in talking about it further and/or editing what you get out of this.

Hi! You'll like that I have a degree in Communication Studies and have written poetry. I'm a writer with two books published - one is currently with my publisher. Before I began writing, I did Communications for a small non-profit. Now, I write, edit an arts and culture magazine for fun and freelance. This is a challenging project. It sounds like fun. Perhaps it would work best as a collaborative work. Have a wonderful day, Rebecca

Hello! How interesting... I find poetry entertaining and spiritual. That makes me believe that I am the right person for this project. I have already written (and still) poems/songs lyrics since my school days and enjoyed myself practicing this kind of Art, put my words into inspiring lines and let my thoughts flow. In those 5 days, I will create a masterpiece for you. I will be waiting for your reply. Best regards.
