Photoshop graphic work

I want to create a graphic that will be used in a powerpoint presentation (photoshop produced). I would like the graphic to have four columns with a transparent/glass look. Each column will require a heading. I would like for each column to also have the look of discs filling them up with each disc being a topic representation of of each heading. An example would be column one titled Meat, discs within the Meat column would be Beef, Chicken, Pork etc. Each column would need to be a unique color from each other. ## Deliverables I would like this delivered in a Photoshop png format so that I can alter/adjust the content as needed once final delivery is complete.
