build online subscriptions script / store for one profuct

Simple web script for subscriptions. I would like to have a website which use paypal subscriptions payments but need to be able to get users phone numbers as this is sms subscription. Cannot use paypal setting options ( mandatory phone number ) as this paypal account is also used for different projects which do not requaired customer numbers.
