we have developed a bulk email software in c#.net called vodamail 10. 70% of the development is complete but the developer left the job in between. so we need to complete that work. requirement specification document will be given to you and you have to complete it as per that. this project has to be completed with reference from similar application called [login to view URL]
we also need to do the web based email delivery tracking application like [login to view URL] from the scratch.

Payment terms
we are ready to pay around 2000$ for the project to you just for completing the windows application and around 1200$ for the web based email delivery tracking application.
10% of project fees will be paid upon completion of 50% of the job
balance 90% will be paid upon completion of 100% of the project.
No payment will be made in advance through escrew.
