Microsoft Word Embedded in WebPage

Test Web Application I need a web-based(VB.NET) application that will allow a user to perform actions in Microsoft Word, Excel, or Powerpoint. Specifically, the user will connect to a website, the application will present a web-based page with buttons for Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. The user will select one of the buttons and the application will open(Word,Excel or Powerpoint), embedded in the web page. The user should have the ability to use the embedded application (Word,Excel, or Powerpoint). They should be able to open documents, worksheets, or presentations and perform operations as if they were using the application(Word, Excel or Powerpoint). The respective toolbar should integrate with the Internet Explorer toolbar. Once complete, the application should connect to a remote database and update a database table(MSSQL, Access) with the name of the created file. The application should exit and return to the Internet Explorer homepage. This is a test application. It is part of a larger project that maybe given to the winning bidder that delivers as required.
