Our website was developed in a very restrictive CMS and both the CMS and hosting company consistently fail to meet expectations, and I need to replace it with our own simple CMS system hosted on our server so that we have full Administrator permissions. I seek a developer to develop in Visual Basic using Microsofr Visual Web Developer (VWD) 2010 Express and the back-end will be Microsoft SQL Server Express 2005. I require full Intellectual Property rights source code and project files.
