Write the code to create the interface I uploaded in the file for user to choose one of the seven operations.

Steps to take place after running the code:

1. The window that asks the user to select an operation shows up

2. Asks for two decimal numerical inputs from the user

3. Return the result in the window

Additionally, the user should have the option to stop the program and exit by pressing "q".
