New message to be recorded for an IVR to be utilized by a company. Very simple IVR with a couple of options. Goes along the lines of: "Thanks for calling X, if you know the extension dial it now if you don't press 1 for this department, 2 for that department, press 3 to leave a message. " Will need another sentence for "Higher than average call volume, please leave a message and somebody will call you back as soon as possible"
