I need to create a script, or something like that, that is simple to raise a server already configured that: Get a phone call; Automatically answer the call; Say "Hello" with TTS using the Bing Translator; Receive the person's voice message; Transmit to Google DialogFlow (which will turn voice into text) Get the text back; Use voice TTS Bing translator to turn text into speech; Send the talk to the phone.
