I have extensive experience of 30+ years in Design, Detailing & Construction of Commercial, Residential & Industrial projects. Due to my exposure to several facets of Civil engineering and due to my proficiency in Excel & Word, I can generate exhaustive & accurate estimates for projects. I am also well-versed with software to generate material takeoffs from pdf files which is a very accurate method with records and also lends itself to any subsequent revisions.

I will provide take off/estimate/BOQ/Marked up drawings etc.I have completed more than 100 this type of projects.
