Checkout with payment by credit card: The field for the security code does not appear.
I opened a ticket about this, with BigCommerce, on Nov 15, and got this answer back from them (they closed the ticket): Hello, Thank you for contacting Bigcommerce. I see that you are experiencing an issue with credit card payment in your store. I am happy to help you with this concern. I've passed this case up to our Escalations department, and are waiting for a fix. Unfortunately, we don't have an ETA as of now. Hopefully, our Escalations team will jump on it, and they will test further. They will respond you once issue gets fixed. Please bear with us. Your patience is much appreciated. We are using PayPal Website Payments Pro and have enabled in BigCommerce: "Require Security Code" in the PayPal Website Payments Pro settings.
We are using a customized theme with base BlackStore(Black) template.
