We can create this immigration website in CakePHP. also we are able to add multilingual feature for the 3 languages (or more ). the template will provide 2 layouts (ltr, and rtl - because of the specific Arabic language which is a right-to-left language). The delivery time will be 4 weeks, and 4 milestones x $350 (1 per week - releasing after you confirm the work for each milestone). About the Ads on your website, what will be source for that? e.g. Google AdWords? or simple clickable image ? also another question: do you provide the content for the immigration topics yourself?
