Write help guide to iphone

I need a simple how to guide for the iPhone. Each page in the guide should cover one topic and be illustrated with iPhone snapshots illustrating the steps. Research required to come up with around 10-15 obvious how to's people ask. But should include: how do I delete an app how do I install an app how do I reset my iphone how do I upgrade my iphone etc. All this info is available online and should be a breeze to find.
