We need to have our Atlassian Cloud instance to support processes happening in our company. We would like to have following solutions implemented: - New issue type, a few specific fields changes, - Creating a single workflow (linear approx 6 steps, with 3-4 roles) - Creating a template for creating new user groups and projects (defining internal users, external, clients etc.) - Time Tracking dependant on a role (PM/Dev etc.) - Setting up recurring tasks (there's a plugin) - Comments in each issue can either be internal or visible to all (apparently can be done via Service Desk) A short walkthrough would also be required (skype call or something).
