I am interested in a series of improvements and
additions to existing house. The existing house its about 7,500 sqf and we are adding about 3,000 sqf living space.
I. New front facade entry feature.
II. Kitchen Expansion and Remodel
III. Master Bedroom and Master Bath Expansion
IV. 2nd level expansion including two junior suites and new laundry
V. Addittional garages ( 2 cars)
VI. Mudroom addition
VII. Mezzanine level to be remodeled ( office maybe)
VIII. New Terrace / Pool and decking area conversion/ Casita expansion if needed.
After concept approval
Must provide the appropriate 3 d renderings and final Cad drawings.
Preferably Spanish and English language.
