looking for someone who can design a raised deck and pergola. all railings, joists and braces etc have to be included. Stairs to be included as well with stair frames made from steel and steps make from wood. Roof is flat type with Pvc sheets.

I want similar design to the photos I have uploaded and I need to be able to give to a local steelworker to produce for me. I need plans as well as 2 x 3d images

house plan with sizes are included. Only bid on job if you have experience please
