PowerMTA Settings for my server

Hello, I am doing PMTA server setups from 5 years. I do atleast 3 or 4 servers every week. I understand PowerMTA and IP throttling inside out. I have a special default ISP configuration for PowerMTA that works very well for throttling. I have also mastered the art of traffic shaping with PMTA. We have been successfully able to deliver 10 to 15 million emails per day using PMTA on different servers. I can also create SPF/DKIM using PMTA in less than 5 minutes. We can setup a server with multiple IPs and PMTA on it in less than 24 hours for you. Please PM me so that we can open floor for discussion.

Dear Sir, Yes I have a Idea regarding this, You had added additional IP's from another server. So i think that there is problem in dns. also can contain problem on config file. Have you created virtual mta for that ? Please don't award this to me. First I would like to check this. If I success then award and create $20 Milestones. It need only 20-30 Minutes to fix. Dear Project Owner, The problem arising is due to because each additional ip is not rotating with the mail you send, Pmta is not properly set-up.
