Part-Time Operations Manager - Creative company

In order to be CONSIDERED add this to the beginning of your bid: "I Accept the Pay" all others will be filtered and dismissed. this is to prevent the massive amount of bots on this site Position: essentially i need someone to take my poorly put together business system and improve it. this is part-time therefore youll work under 40 hours a week. pay is monthly: $150/m USD will be increased to $200 after probationary period we are currently using Hubspot and will switch to Zoho One in the near future (this year). so i will need you to train yourself or already be knowledgeable. your responsibilities will include but not limited to: - Email management, Filtering and Email delegation - Conduct Online research, Data Entry, Converting files, preparing slide shows (powerpoint presentation) - Creating basic reports ( on weekly tasks, deliverables, sales) - Calendar Management & File Management - Maintaining quality customer relationships, analyze trends and contributes information and research to help develop strategies and improve performance. -Assist customers and helping solve concerns -Ensure that customers are satisfied and happy with products, services, and features. -Building on-going quality relationships. - management of the daily operations of the business, with an employee base of 10-15 people. - Monitoring, documentation and processing business papers etc. -Implementation and mentoring skills in the business and staff -Motivation, confidence, and willingness to make tough decisions
