I am looking for a project manager to help me streamline the resources in our business. I am the business owner and we have approx 10 staff we want to help streamline their daily tasks. The business has experienced lots of challenges with covid so are resources are scattered and under utilized. At the moment, we do a daily huddle (AM) around projects / tasks. Spreadsheets are giving us the following issues: - No visual of whats tasks are complete, overdue or waiting. - Its too data heavy and hard to track. - Staff are under utilized. Some staff have way to much work on while others need more work but its hard to spot these. - The dashboard to give us the health of projects / tasks overall. What we would like is the following: - A software (idealy WRike since we already have an account) where we can: 1 - One overview of what everyone is up to for the day. (This should show if any staff are under utlised or too much on) 2 - A dashboard of what stage all projects are at, 3 - A reminder for all overdue tasks to assignees. 4 - A way for employees to track tasks and communicate on them. This will be a part time role.

Hi , I am a seasoned project manager working over multiple projects and managing diverse subordinates. I can see two main issues that you are currently struggling with - monitoring system and jobs distribution. I'm not sure whether all the 10 staff have same job level and competencies. Need to examine your organization, reporting line, chain of command and job type. I have seen many instances whereby we thought it's merely a tool problem but it turns out to be other root causes. I'm currently working as a Senior Technical Business Analyst / Product owner for a UK based multi billion dollar IT company and have more than 5 years of industry experience. I've gone through your requirement and I think I can come up with a good dashboard to track your daily tasks and allocations especially since I do that for my own teams :) However I do not have hands-on experience with Wrike but I can suggest some other alternative free software since you only have 10 employees to manage. But If you need Wrike, I can try to configure a workflow in Wrike as well. Furthermore as an avid agilist , If you need, I can help out with planning/ streamlining your processes too ! . I'm new to Freelancer and I love taking up new challenges like this. I'm sure I can add value beyond preparing just another dashboard ! Thanks !!
