In need of guidance of Tour Sector Expert's

I need some help with my business. I am starting a tourism agency in Tanzania, Africa, and i have been given contacts of potential agent's to reach out to, in order to get a partnership and start receiving there clients. I am in need of experts that have experience in the tourism sector regardless of region are familiar of the standard requirements of large tour agents (operators), can assist with the persuasion, are good at guiding me and fully writing the proposal on my behalf.
