Hi I am interested in finding some one to help run my business, I will included the tasks I am looking to be completed below. But to meet my needs you must have the following. - I dont expect 1 person to be a expert in every task listed. task unable to be done by you I would expect you to let me know and help by finding some one who can and oversee that it gets done. - Be honest!! I don't care what goes on if you provide me a ETA on tasks I expect it DONE so please don't under estimate the time it will take and if you need longer due to days of ect. Just tell me. - Respond to email with in 24HRS - Great written and spoken English The tasks below are items I need assistance with(please let me know what tasks need to be outsourced) - Development of SWMS and MSDS. I am not asking you to re write the book just find others on the web and use them with our template. This job will be the backbone of your role and if you dont know what a SWMS is dont apply!! -Email Management. Checked daily and a report sent about email I need to attend to. - Quote Checking, for spelling and mistakes then sending. Plus providing me a report on quotes that need to be followed up on. - Marketing management, Social media and once funds become available researching next steps. - Letter writing. If i need a letter written I will either type or send you audio file. then you will send be professional typed letters / emails. development of business forms and checklists.
