.NET Dialing Program Fixed

Hello, I had a .NET programmer write a program, and he has vanished, but luckly sent me the source code before he did. The program works like this: 1- Disable my Wifi connection 2- Dial a random number from my list of numbers 3- once connected open Outlook Express 4- Click two buttons of another piece of software every 5 minutes 5- Close OE and disconnect from dialup 5 minutes before the hour. Repeat from step 2 until the schedule is over. It kind of works... but it is somehow stuck and dials the same number over and over. Also, I would like it to work like this instead: 1- Disable my Wifi connection 2- Dial a random number from my list of numbers 3- once connected open Outlook Express 4- Click two buttons of another piece of software every 5 minutes 5- Look for OE Error message window every 5 minutes; if it exists, click 'don't send' and reopen OE. 6- Close OE and disconnect from dialup at the 29 minute mark. 7- At the 30 minute mark; Dial a random number from my list of numbers 8- once connected open OE 9- at 2 minutes to the hour close OE and disconnect. 10- at 1 minute to the hour; Repeat from step 2 until the schedule is over. Upon end of schedule, close OE disconnect, enable wifi, and reopen OE. The source is atached. Please PM and questions.
