Develop Windows API My budget for this project is $4,500 max. For someone whose goes that extra mile and delivers an exceptional quality project, I will pay an additional 10% bonus. The project is to develop a Windows based API that will provide a number of functions / features that an email client will use to send, receive and manage messages, user details, security keys, connection details and a number of service related files. SOME of the functions include: · Generate public / private security keys · Compress large files (4GB+) and folders · Encrypt and digitally sign compressed files · TCP/IP Listener for multiple incoming secure connections (for file transfer). · Send and receive large files over secure (SSL) connections · Make direct peer-peer secure connections for file transfer · Send and receive data to / from Linux servers or other Listeners (part of this API) · Store and manage sent / received messages in a local secure database / local file system · Queue, manage and display progress of all active jobs (file compression, encryption, send, receive etc..) I have a good idea of what I want and how it should work. I want someone who has the RIGHT EXPERIENCE and can WORK WITH ME to get the best design. Payment in milestones, through escrow. At each milestone: · You will provide full source code and documentation so my developer can support the code. · Intellectual property passes to me.
