Peercast modification

i need to have peercast changed a bit... the source code is free and you can obtain it here [login to view URL] i just need a few modifications. 1. i dont want my clients to be able to broadcast 2. and i want it made to look as if it was mine no reference to perrcast or their website. 3. set up for my server where i host this pm for more information and only if you can do this. i will only pay when i can see it working all source code must be mine when finished as well. payment only via paypal and wont even consider or look at bids higher than what i put here,if you feel it needs a higher budget,please pm me should be a simple project as the source code is there for you to work with just alter, this is a free service for my customers not for profit thus the low budget. also to clarify the above. i want one download that can broadcast and one that cant broadcast only relay. please make sure that all reference to peercast is gone from this program it needs to be able to be hosted by me and not by peercast. which i dont understand well how the peercast:// works instead of http:// you will need to tell me what i need to do... the download comes with the broadcaster i dont want that i just want the help, yellow pages and start and stop cast.. but with my name and my little icon. then what sits in your taskbar i want only the exit,show gui, popup messages i need where they cant choose... they must accpet popup messages i prefer a way to send advertisng such as text links or regular popups as well so please investigate that... if its free they will have to understand... and also i want it to be able to go to yellow pages i will want my own little icon as well. not using what they have again this is free service so keep that in mind when bidding.
