I am very proficient in c, c++. I have 15 years c++ developing experience now, and I have worked for 5 years. My work is online game developing, and mainly focus on server side, the lauguage is c++ under linux os. So, programming in c++ is never a problem. I used c++ to make many great projects, for example, I made the tools which can convert java files to c++ with the same meaning, of course garbage collection included. Hi, I am a 20+ years old software engineer experience. For the last 15 years I have worked almost all the time at home, having enough experience to succesfully finish this project. As my work always was done in a very professional way, references can be sent in Portugal, Brazil, USA and UK. My experience includes work with CAD and Maps. I have worked on a teams that was building an AutoCad competitor in Brazil, several years ago, but I know how to work with this kind of problem, how to code data structures that enable users to select objects by mouse actions as well showing zoom (in/out) operations. With a correct data structure and a good program engine it is possible to change attributes, remove, copy/past objects, etc.. Based on my experience, I strongly advise to make this code in visual studio c#. Work with Microstation is not in my skills, but work with its design files is exactly what I love to do and I still have a good math background. I look forward to discuss my qualifications further.
