Windows command-line image stitching application.

I have a bachelor in CS from the American University in Cairo and a minor in Mathematics, with 10+ years of experience with hands-on programming. I have worked for the past year in Microsoft's Advanced Technology Lab in Cairo (ATLC) as a research assistant in the Computer Vision team. I will be using C++ and will provide both functioning .exe and cpp files. I will also be using OpenCV for image manipulation.

Good time of day for you. I am a proficient C/C++ programmer and I can easily handle your task using some external tools like OpenCV. (or maybe even without it) That would be a console/GUI application that would allow merging multiple images into single one. However, I have some questions before I can start and estimate price more precisely. 1. Would it always be 7x7 as in sample? 2. Are the images always enumerated from left to right, from top to bottom? May they be unordered or mixed? 3. Can I use external tools like OpenCV? If yes, which ones? 4. Do you need a GUI or console tool would be fine too?

Hello. I've reviewed the content of provided zip file and got the main logic of placement of these files in XML so could reverse the process. If you agree I'd prefer to make this project on C#, but could do on C++ too (as mentioned in 'skills required').
