1 full day training guide for electronics in ahmedabad

Hi, we need a full day training guide in ahmedabad india for our led display board project. We have done the project in proteus. it is perfectly running on proteus. but when we are trying to make the hardware. We are unable to get output due to transistors and registers. So if one can help us out in guiding on the same and can make the pcb design for the same at our place than only pls bid.. futhere details will be given in pm... the cost we can bare fot a day is $10 to $20.
