I am looking for the design and creation of a simple widget style application that sends data over the network to a receiving computer. Basically an end user presses a button on a widget based windows application and that send a message to a computer on the local network informing the secondary computer operator of the systemname of the computer and that they require assistance. Basically the application is a set of companion apps with the capacity of a systemname or IP address option for the system that the notification is pushed to.
