Need a script to input one value to a website

I need a script which has to take given set of values from the input text file and submit it in a site's online form. Site got only one field to input and submit button. Script has to repeat all the values taken from the script and submit it to the site till I press STOP button. I need an .exe file. Need some one to start very immediately and provide the script in 2 hours time. Maximum US$ 20. No advance payment or escrow. Payment will be only after 24 hours of completion of the job.
