We are looking for a Bluetooth and Wi-Fi spectrum scanning software. Based on the sigint concepts of Kali Linux. The "Detection" should gather the Mac Addresses and SSID's of wireless and wearable devices using various (pre-advised, and customized) software technologies. We prefer it being developed in C#, C or Java. The connectivity between the Detector and the Server makes use of NodeJS. The detection software eventually must run on a ARM-chip based Raspberry Pi Model 4, 2GB RAM. We have a fixed budget.

Please feel free to reach out for further discussion about it and I am able to start right away.
