Embedded Engineer need to implement "WiFI Video DoorBell" to work with STM32H7 MCU online streaming

Hello! I'm looking for an embedded firmware engineer with excellence C programming skill. I am trying to implement the WiFi Video with 2-WAY communication Doorbell by using RS9116 Wifi module + OV5640 + WM8978 to work with the STM32H743 micro-controller. Here's the detail of the project: - Programming the project in C using the Keil IDE - Use RS9116 Wifi Module with SPI, OV5640 with DCMI and WM8978 with SAI using STM32H743 MCU along with RTSP protocol to implement the online Video & Audio streaming; - OV5640 can support up to 5MP image, I want the video to be 1080p with no less than 30fps; - WM8978: Use STM32H7 SAI instead of I2S to implement 2 way communication, make audio playback and recording input at the same time; - RS9116W-DB00-CC1: Wifi + BLE module to able the door bell connect to internet/cloud and make it available to steaming video and audio online. (Redpine provided SDK for STM32F4, but need to port it to STM32H743) - I have RTSP library available from TI, but it was implemented in cc3200 need to port it to STM32H743 - I have example Keil projects available for OV5640 camera, WM8978 audio playback and record, but they're the individual project, will need to combine into one to implement as online video/audio streaming project. - The problem I face is that I have all the resources, but not sure how to get started with the RTSP library from TI and WiFi+BLE SDK from Redpine to make it work with my STM32H743 MCU.
