Looking for an experienced developer in the field of Visual Basic, .NET and whatever is required to generate a functioning .dll from a set of .wsdl and .xsd files provided by a service provider. I have the old version of the output .dll, it can be extracted and all information on how it should turn out can be sourced from there. The difference between the old and the new .dll is that the new one will be able making requests to the API using TLS 1.2 instead of any older protocols that have been disabled. On completion, the currently non-functioning API request that the DLL is sending, will return successfully.
