Vegetables Distribution Module

We are a group of families growing organic food at 2 farms Members have been tagged with a S.No. depending on the route to their location (families grouped as per suburb) Upon arrival from farms, vegetables are weighed and distributed in fixed unit size of weight or numbers to members on rotation. e g Mooli 1 kg or 6 pcs. Palak 1 kg. It is fed in the master but can be changed consignment wise. Whatever items are received are to be given to members in sequence. e.g. if we receive 11 kg mooli and 7 kg palak then 1 kg mooli will go to first 11 members and palak will go to first 14 members. Next time whatever quantity is received of mooli and palak it will be alloted to member no 11 and 14 onward respectively In case some member is away we need a provision to unmark it and his stock goes to next applicable member provision required to enter data of vegetables received by weight/quantity and distribution list to br generated as pdf or jpeg Finally module will contain list of vegetables with unit size list of consumers module to generate distribution list report of distribution by date range
