To keep it simple, I'm looking for a software developer that has worked with Winamp plugins. Specifically, you need to be comfortable working with Milkdrop 2. If you have only worked with AVS and not Milkdrop 2, I will likely not be interested, unless you have a Milkdrop 2 demo of your work.
I'm looking for a plugin that can be used as a sort of visualizer. I would be able to pick a high resolution image (say 1280 x 720 or 1920 x 1080) and then have the song title, song artist, current play time / total play time shown as an overlay on that image. I would also like some sort of animation over the image, such as a spectrum analyzer or something that moves to the beat. It should be able to handle 30 frames per second.
UPDATE: I had a developer write a custom application for me and have the source code to that application. It's nearly complete, but not stable. It uses the following libraries: FMOD Ex Sound System, Freeglut OpenGL Utility Toolkit + OpenGL Extension Wrangler Library, FreeImage Library, FreeType Font Engine and zlib. It does exactly what I need, including support for ID3 tag reading and Winamp's playlist support.
You will need to sign an NDA.
Concept, similar to this: [login to view URL]
It does NOT need to record. I have my own recording software, such as Bandicam that I typically use to capture video streams or visualizations.
Hello,
Worked before with Winamp Visualizations, even make wrappers for them to be used in other applications . I would like to talk more about the project...do you want to create a new visualization or fix the already have one?
Best regards,
Ionut
