Our company is searching for an experienced Lead Unity Game Developer to join our organization and work on an upcoming mobile title. As a Lead Unity Game Developer you will own the technical execution of new titles and be tasked to create a polished final product. You will work with a team consisting of an internal project manager/designer and external 3D artists, QA and support engineers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop our game primarily using the Unity3D engine
• Lead individual projects from a technical perspective all the way from conceptualization to launch
• Help to guide architecture and framework decisions with informed technical strategy and expertise with tools and utilities
• Never settle for less than writing clean, well-documented and efficient code while intelligently overcoming the challenges that are unique to mobile development
• Work with the Producer to set development schedules, designating tasks for outsourcing, and creating/leading the code review process
• Continually research, test, and implement new techniques, frameworks, and utilities with the goal of constant innovation and improvement
• Help define and enforce development and design standards and best practices
• Work with Game Designers, Artists, and other Developers pro actively to ensure the best possible product
REQUIREMENTS
3-5 years of professional game development experience with the Unity3D engine using C#
• Expert knowledge of Unity3D
• Strong background with .NET framework (C#) and JavaScript
• A strong understanding of game design principles and player experience
• Ability to properly scope and estimate time against projects and tasks
• Effectively communicate with other Developers, Designers, Project Managers, and Producers
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and stay abreast of game developments/standards
• You must be motivated, driven, and passionate about gaming and technology
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
We’re also looking for a talented and original 3D artist and animator to create amazing art assets , from concept development and game design through to build and launch.
You are:
* a 3D game artist with a minimum of 2 years’ experience and a games-specific portfolio;
* creative, talented and able to direct the look of a game by turning your hand to environments, characters and animation;
* experienced with industry-standard software including 3DS Max, Maya and/or Blender;
* knowledgeable about developing for tablet and mobile devices as well as consoles or PCs;
* exceptional at modelling urban and rural environments, architecture and assets;
* passionate about games – your own portfolio experiments and even game projects are considered a plus;
* knowledgeable about asset pipelines and workflows for mobile and other platforms;
* in possession of excellent written and oral skills in English;
* someone who can inspire and be inspired by working in our team
