c# application to make API call and post responses in right-click context menu

I need a simple c# program that can do the following:
1.) User needs to right-click or click on a icon running in the system tray which will ask for an ID. make a call to a REST API response back will be in JSON
-does require key within the header I can provide
-this is a single call for a remote single record with multiple JSON values.
2.) parse JSON values
3.) add name and values to the windows right-click menu
example: FName: Jim
4.) When any of the items of that context menu are clicked paste the value where the users curser is.
Menu higharcy:
Windows Right-click menu
-Program Menu
-FName: Jimmy
-LName: Jones
*the menu should be built dynamically with the response from the JSON as some could be more and others less.
*the menu items should be cleared upon loading a new record
*when program is closed unload the current menu items.
I've done this as a chrome extension but I need to have the info available within other applications which is outside of my knowledge.
