Arduino and C# simple program

I want you to write a arduino and simple C# program. First, for arduino, I want to use arduino mega2560，there are 12 thermistors and 1 pm2.5 sensor. If the temperature or pm2.5 reading is higher than the default temperature or pm2.5, the speaker will alarm. Second, if all the temperature and pm2.5 reading will send to a C# program, you also need to write a simple C# to show all these reading received from arduino, just show the reading in PC is enough.
