we would like to create a Chat application in C# winforms Desktop and Asp.Net using SignalR. DataStorage should be in MSSQL DB. 1. userlogin screen 2. chat windows where the user will be able to select the One single user or invite multiple users to chat . 3. should be ablt to upload Documents & images ( JPGG, PNG, PDF,XLS,DOC..etc) Please make note the following. the database will have a Table with predefined Userlist . so user login will be check against that table.
