create PLUGIN for Nopcommerce 4.0

We also have stickers that the customer can combine his name on the product. The customer selects the sticker type. And there is a process that the client writes his name. At the end of the order we see the type of sticker and the name it requested. And are sent for production. We want to move forward and build a product option that can insert text or upload a picture and see in real time what it looks like with the sticker. The customer can move the picture to fit the size, the possibility of enlarging and reducing the image and also the possibility to move in all directions. And in the process of adding to the basket a file will be created that includes the image and the template chosen. We want it to be built as a plugin that we can install on our version. We work with version 4.0 So , Mission create PLUGIN with this capability. It should be optimized for version 4.0
