Create a simple chat voice bot in VR game -- 2

Hello developers, The idea is to create a very simple bot that could respond a few sentences to the player. Basically when the player enter the Vr game, he meet the bot and have a short conversation. Requirements: It would be ideal if the 3d character in the picture can act as a shopkeeper. When the player comes to the bot, the player say "Hi" and the bot will reply "What can I help you?". Then player answer and the bot will ask again, like a shopkeeper. Basically the bot responses to the player’s audio response. I will write a few questions and responses for the dialog. The bot may have a little movement. There should also be texts on the screen, indicating what she’s saying. Deliverables: A working bot in the 3D scene provided, and explanations of how you did it.
