Detect Color Objects in C#

We have these 3 sample pictures A,B and C; They have 4 different colored objects like blue bucket, red shirt, Yellow Helmet. I need a program which should pickup from Config file what Color I am planning to search and then return that object of that Color. Since exact Color cannot be defined as red may have shades of red, it should have some tolerance level in config file that is acceptable. Pictures will be of same size always and taken from same location. When I pass a folder with similar images, it should return that image that has that color, filename(imagefilename) and that image object( in rectangle)
