Hello, I'm looking for help creating a DLL that will be called from within a Tcl interpreter. The DLL will need to validate user logon/ID info and based on that validation, decrypt a .tcl file for the Tcl interpreter to continue execute.

Greetings, I provide C++ based development, including DLLs and other library formats. I am not 100% clear on one aspect of your job posting; and that is, you say you would like the DLL to decrypt a .tcl file". Isn't a .TCL file a source file, in ASCII text? Can you please explain the encryption/decryption requirements in more detail. i will then confirm further interest in the project, and provide a cost/time estimate,
