Instructions so that I can compile C# code into DLL file

Hi, I have a good knowledge of computers and using programs but programming is my weak spot! I currently have a c# project in Visual Studio 2012 in which I would like to send to another programmer but I am not wanting to disclose how the algorithms were created. So after some research, I have found that I can compile the logic/algorithms into a DLL file and connect it to a library so that they can develop and test the functions without seeing the logic. I have 6 files under the Controllers folder in which I would like to convert 3 files of the 6 into a DLL file. From my research, I have identified that I will have to create a new project in which I include the existing .cs files under controller and have to make reference to the DLL files. I will need help by giving me instructions in which I then carry out what needs to be done. I imagine that it will not take long for an expert to let me know how it is done. If you are going to place a bid, I would like to have this completed in the next few hours
