loading API webpage and save to text file - NOT compiled code in C#

the project is simple. I have an application that pushes data (non ASCII text) information (4468 character) into localhost domain ([login to view URL]**/histo). what I want is: a piece of code in C# to pull this information and save it as text. (10 lines of code max). keep in mind that the application is running on Nvidia cards, so as a programmer, you MUST have a recent (GTX 9xx or 10xx) Nvidia card for this project to be able to run the application and test it before awarding the money.
