This is an Hospital information system and we want to capture some bio metric details like face / thumb impression for the patient. Next time when patient visit we can capture details using the any of the above. No of patients can go in Hundred of Thousands, so the matching algorithm should be fast enough so not to get hanged. We are using ASP.Net , so preferably the logic should be written in C#.
