C# winforms application with local sql server database options

Hi, There are two options 1) You can develop installer build with silent SQL installation feature. then use localDB. This will run as seperate process 2) Use Sqlite database. This will run as part of application process both options has its own advantages and disadvantages. Thanks, Binu

You cannot access a SQL Server database without having a SQL Server database engine installed. You have to install at least SQL Server Express to manipulate the database, otherwise your database is useless.
