CAD Designer for simple drawings for round cordwood home

I had hired a concrete/CAD designer to do a very simple set of drawings on a round/octagonal cord wood home that is approximately 900 feet in area on the bottom, and another half moon or something for a small upper bedroom. He screwed me over, and I now have to take him to civil court. This is for the city/county of Alamosa CO. I have the requirements from the county on codes, and two very detailed books on these structures that are very sturdy and will last 100 years easily, including specific code information. This drawing should not take more than a few hours.
