Hi Sir, I had done a wet scrubber design for odor control for sewerage system for in my previous full time employment. I understand how it works and it involves a lot of engineering calculation, example like flow rate, fan size, and the cubic meter of scrubber, there are various types of plastic tower packing. What I can offer is the basic model of the wet scrubber, but require a qualified engineer to determine & finalize the capacity, sizing of every compartment and component in wet scrubber system. It would be best if you have the specific size and requirement for freelancer to straight away to create the model & system. Frankly speaking, working on the calculation of sizing of wet scrubber will certainly be time consuming, it would take a substantial amount of time to study the system before designing. Thanks.
